Written and directed by J.J. Alani, this drama romance tells the story of Shahrzad, a gifted musician who flees her counntry Iran and winds up in an arranged marriage in Los Angeles. In this new land, she turns to the familiarity of music for comfort and begins piano lessons with the woman next door, Zuniga. But that’s not the only thing they share in common. Shahrzad falls for the gardener Sebastian, Elana’s lover.
